Dragonfly Counselling
Throughout the calendar year I offer Circle of Security Parenting Groups. These groups are experiential as caregivers reflect on their own childhood experience while focusing on how to enhance secure attachment with their children. Caregivers will develop an understanding as to the reasons they are uncomfortable, either when their children need to be comforted or when they need to separate to explore their world. One of the goals of this relationship based parenting group is for caregivers to become aware of when they feel uncomfortable while being able to meet the needs of their children.
